Blazing Auctions staff and administrators are dedicated to maintaining the privacy rights for all customers, clients and sellers. Personal information includes name, address, contact phone number as well as credit card information. Please take note that all bidders will be required to add a valid credit card once your first bid is placed, this credit card information is encrypted and stored with Stripe (our credit card processor) and is only accessible to Blazing Auctions Administration.

By bidding with us, you are granting permission to use your credit card for any unpaid invoices that have not been paid or have not had arrangements made prior to the end of pick-up. The invoice total will be collected as well as any accrued fees such as a disposal fee, holding fee or similar.   

Customer's personal information may need to be shared with companies that provide support such as our webhost, Rainworx. These companies may need information about a person, or persons in order to perform their functions. We do not give authorization to these said companies to use your personal information.
